Final changes before Microsoft presentation
This week we met the designer, Before meeting her we met Noa and made a few changes: 1. We decided to change the Target audience from age to hi-tech company workers that work in industrial zones Restaurants at lunch time.
2. We decided to remove the words conservative, outdated, irrelevant. 3. We changed the Vision from suits and added female representation. 4. We diceded to take a character from the video and show that she doesn’t have much time to think about what to eat.
We need to find a new way to describe the app in way that is more related to hi tech , instead of the mustered stain .
Marketing team: 1. Start working on the promotion schedule, work on viral videos and social network pages . 2. Work on a way to check how many times users shuffled and how many truchs were made , check the funnel and how many times a week the app was used. 3. We need to explain to our mentors that it is important for us to check the usability of the app as well as the number of downloads.
Project management: 1. Need to prepare the presentation that includes: Audience, purpose, persona, Sanrio, competitors + KPI, technological demo, the architecture of the product. 2. Persona: take a character from the video and make them a human with personality one that does not have much time to think about what to eat. 3. We need to know how to explain howTrunch & Shuffle in sense of technological and technical. 4.We need to explain why we decided to match 3 people instead of 4, that we found out after asking people that they prefer to eat in groups of three, the name Trunch is slang for a triple lunch date, we should add a seek psychological theory that justifies the number 3 and 4.
Product Team: 1. Need to notify people of the app earlier in the morning, in order to prevent people from going to eat when they are hungry and drift with the current. When you're hungry you just aren't you, making decisions before getting hungry will help making wiser decisions
Development: 1. Prepare a slide presentation that explains the architecture of the technological demo that includes Erans consultation with staff and explain how it all works
