Wednesday Morning, We Sat down in order to work on the major assignments – after the brainstorming session, we decided to focus our time on one major idea – Lunch in the offices, the question leading our meeting was How can we make sure no one compromises on what they want to eat for lunch, in another words how can we make sure everyone can eat what they want at lunch in the office – follow their believes, and their food requirements but – not alone, and not socially neglected, with co-workers. We than got a few assignments in order to get started and research the subject, and become experts. We understood that in order to define the right need we will have to go to the field, in our case – offices.

Therefore, we started working on a questionnaire in google forms possible to view in the next post) that included questions that we thought would be relevant in order to best understand our potential users. The questionnaire included general – demographic questions to know about the user, and then more questions regarding the lunch options that are open for them in the office – is lunch funded by the company – fully? Half? , How do they decide what to eat at lunch? Do they tend to go out, order in or bring food from home? We understood these questions will make us – students, better understand the place they're coming from. We sent out the forms to people we know that work in big companies and offices and scheduled another meeting to go over the answers and analytics and better understand what is the exact need.
