It was Time for us to reveal what we had been working on the past few weeks.
what are the mentors going to think?
How will the presentation go?
This is what they had to say:
1. They liked the fact we we're focused and knew who our target audience is and what was their need, yet it is important to define to whom the app isn’t designed for. 2 . They didn’t quite get the fact that our aim was to motivate and encourage people to eat outside at restaurants instead of staying at the office during the break. 3. We should cooperate with restaurants such as(10 bis ,rest) and set our app as a b2b business model. 4. They thought our vision of 3 simple steps didn’t make an easy impression and that we should change it to something that put more of emphasis on making new friends through lunch. 5. They thought the animation in the presentation was too slow and unnecessary- Guy Hoffman said we should check with him about a link. 6. They thought the way we differ ourselves from other apps was excellent. 7. They pointed out that it might be accrued and embarrassing to have lunch with someone you're not close to. You might not have anything to talk about and some people might not want to eat with their boss, other might see it as a potential business chance. 8. it's important to point out the problem of giving up on what you feel like eating because of peer pressure.
Oren Zukerman suggested that maybe the app could reserve rooms to eat in at the office so that they could order in. Our answer to that is that this app deals with eating outside rather than ordering in. Oren also suggested we look in to a project the MBA worked on last year. Reserving orders through the app gave them 10 % discount plus the app calculated when was the best time to go so that they skip the que.
For next time:
more images less text.
Photos of real people make it more heart opening.
