Characterization

Once we tested our users we found out that users pointed out the importance of confirming their turn up, the ability to let the rest of the users know if one is running late or in case of need to case the set hour. This brought us to make some changes that would allow the users to connect with each other yet at the same time keep it simple and efficient.

At first we thought about the option of adding a chat box to allow users to chat with one another and let them know of changes, but we realized the chat is old fashioned and Cumbersome. We discussed other solutions such as a walki talki, a button that lets them speak when is pressed, two button that notify one is "im late the" and the other is "im here". After a lot of thoughts we came up with the idea of two ideas: one is "notify the group" and the other "remind me".

Notify group gives you the options of: "im here", "im late" and "Cant make it".

Remind me options: 5 min , 15 min, 30 min.

This way the user feels safe and can give feedback to the rest of the users. we will find out the impact of this in our next user testing.
